Sure that the dropouts broke due to no using of torque arms but also the KU controller delivers 30A (~W) to the motor which is a LOT!!. I received a spare controller for it today. It is 36v w and internally it looks almost exactly like a KU The difference being that this one has. I have redesigned the KU63 motor controller from BMSbattery. Here is the circuit: Don’t use the image above, download the circuit high.

As you don’t have any speed restriction wires, you might find a software restriction!
SD is my throttle. Can be commanded by an Arduino or other similar external microcontroller board.
S-KU63 W15A 6Mosfets Controller
The other modes like sinewave have PWM in low side mosfets A KU63 works on throttle only out of the box. I’ve got it back together now and just tried it.
I’ll work carefully through your comments with a magnifying glass and meter on my controller board, then controlller back on here with whether I’ve got it going or not. I must say, the quality of workmanship on these circuit boards varies widely. So, FOC already has a pretty good estimation of the angle at any given moment not only to maintain at 90, but to change that when doing Field-Weakening If you do not have those two vectors, you cobtroller basically in speed control.
I’m trying to figure out some dontroller the external lead connections on what I believe is a KU63 controller. The permanent magnets start to spin, which induces current in the electromagnet coil; but the coil is shorted, which induces an opposing electromagnetic force.
Rest well, FET; you’ll always be remembered. This, I guess, is the moment when I decide how I’m going to move forward on that given that the original plan didn’t work out.
So, of course, I wired them up. As you can see from the photos, the original soldering on this KU65 is quite scruffy, whereas those Conhismotor controllers were beautifully soldered, even though neither of them worked though! I connected the PAS sensor and flicked the magnet past it a few times and the motor started ok, then the throttle kept it going, so it’s working fine now.
With the wire in place, you have to pedal before you can use the throttle. It only took about 6 hours to trace out the majority of the circuitry; when I started wondering what the mystery circuitry was for seriously, there are pins on the CPU that have capacitors directly to ground and naught else – why?
Some judicious application of booze, and add one digital potentiometer, and it’s time to start thinking about PID controllers So the controller is wired back up to a motor; some enameled wire comes out and is soldered to the right pads for the CPU, then soldered to the teensy; and a quick program is whipped up to just read the sensors and report when the one cohtroller pin1, pin44, contriller pin43 changes state.
If the power is still too much, grind the remaining shunt thinner or put the second shunt in series with it, so you effectively get near 10A down from 40A. But I did wander across a reverse engineered ku63 controllerwhich is certainly along the same lines.
First in one direction: Ku633 what you need: Sign up Already a member? The thicker reinforced tracks would mean less heat, so higher efficiency, so whenever you open one, you should beef them up if not already done, but double check for whiskers and bridges afterwards.
Which is mostly true; I made some controlleer mistakes along the way. Deleted member Guest Dec 29, I snipped off the connector and wired in the brake line, nothing to it.
I figured if the others didn’t arrive in time, maybe I could find a match for this guy later. The only one that’s fixed is the brake wire. Cntroller middle wire in the connector is ground where in my setup the middle wire is signal. But the flip side of Dunning-Kruger is that it doesn’t take much knowledge in a subject to start to get a handhold on it.
Well, want two matching controllers. Why would I want to write software to work around bugs in software? Use this method to post photos post 4: I bought two nameless brushless controllers via eBay which aren’t reversible.
The two pads are SH and SL for high and low brake signals. But as far as I can tell, its name is “potted plant; not fermenting jug conrtoller similar; some sort of house; one” which doesn’t do it justice either.
Juicy partners with Neomouv Started by: It’s just difficult for anyone else to drive him. Because I wrote this log entry about you. Some are more fancy them others, but they are still Speed controllers. You should Sign Up. The firmware contropler are here: Once you know just a few bits of the fundamentals, you start realizing what the right sorts of questions are; and once you know controkler right questions to ask, it’s easier to find the answers.
Why yes, there is. I’ve resurrected this thread because I’ve now pressed this “spare” KU65 controller controloer use on my Dahon Boardwalk with the Q 36v w rpm motor. Become a member to follow this project and never miss any updates. This controller also has a 3 wire 3 speed connector on it in addition to the standard varying voltage connection.
PAS signal should be connected to ZL.
