I can see this being very helpful no matter what needs to be changed or improved, and whether it’s business-related or just personal improvement. The Kaizen Way by Robert Maurer.
Take things one step at a time. Elke verandering resulteert in angst. I feel so empowered, like I can actually make the millions of changes in my life that I want and need to make.
The author likes to pat himself on the back a lot there is a lot of mention of Christmas cards he receives from past patients and mistakes multi-million dollar corporations have made that could have been avoided if they had only listened to him which can be kind of irritating, and there were parts that I thought that the writing w I actually really enjoyed this book, although I don’t generally read self-help books I didn’t have any trouble getting through it.
Bestow Small Rewards Chapter Seven: Unlike other self-help books, the advice offered in here is extremely easy to incorporate into your day-to-day life.

It’s true that there has been recommendations of breaking changes into steps, but this takes it a bit smaller. Thanks maureg telling us about the problem. The author does offer good advice, but does not cite sources or research material save referencing the Kaizen Way.
