Please do not ask for unpaid help via PM, use the forum. I googled around, but am not sure about the wiring. There are no tooling costs for installation, and the manufacturer offers technical support for all modules.
You have pin 6 on the LCD connected to pin 10 on the arduino, but no where in the code are doing anything with pin Have you connected a contrast potentiometer? And I think the LCD pin 5 needs to be tied low. Manufacturer Seacomp-Displaytech is offering an alphanumeric LCD module that can be flexibly adapted to a variety of applications in the form of the Series 16×2 standard display.
