There were no boring moments when she and Val are together, humor seeps the room when Tabitha talks, oh I remember the penironi again hahaha and the Drag Queen Pageant was so endearing, those were hilarious scenes He at least had a reason for being a boring fuck.
I cannot believe any man could possibly be this stupid, especially not one who’s about 2, years old!!!! To Kenyon’s credit I did end up liking Tabitha at least some of the time.
Seeing how their opinions about him were slowly changed was wonderful and Tabitha played a massive role in that. And he was such a gentleman, in my opinion. Since this is his book, he has the opportunity to completely redeem himself. It is one of my favorite parts of the story. I’m like mold, I usually grow on you very slowly. He is displeased, hated, and mocked by his fellow Dark-Hunters and the Squires as well. I find her crass and way too cocky.
Where was the tie in for the next book? At least that way we don’t swing alone. But she is really understanding as a true empath. That pretty much told me that Valerius was one bad mo-fo to have fought off Daimons for centuries using only his strength and skill.
Thanks for telling us about the problem. Isn’t he just one of the Dark Hunters now? I did not like Tabitha in ear Lw crap a lot happened in this book! She had no excuse for never maturing past the age of her shoe size.
I really liked this plot, there were some interesting things that happened.
Disfruta de la noche/ Seize The Night by Sherrilyn Kenyon (, Paperback, Translation) | eBay
She rolled her eyes at him. Tabitha is a goth babe on steroids. Shut up and eat your penises! In other books, she is portrayed almost as flighty and short tempered. This was an adult paranormal romance, set in New Orleans. Seize the Night goes into the collection of my all-time favorite novels.
To say I am hugely disappointed is an understatement. What Tabitha does take seriously is hunting and killing vampires-and soon she and Val have to grapple with the deadliest of all Daimons – one who’s managed to come back from the dead, and one se holds a serious grudge against both of them.
I did not like Sberrilyn much either.
7 – Disfruta de la noche
There was quite a lot of This was an dizfruta paranormal romance, set in New Orleans. I’ve never understood why I’m the weird, crazy one when Tia dances naked out in the bayous in voodoo ceremonies; Kenyoon chains herself to fences; Karma is a bull inseminator; Aunt Jasmine is trying to splice a Venus flytrap with kudzu to make a man-killing plant to devour her ex-” Opposites attract. Sometimes I really feel like Kenyon is pushing this opposite thing too far.
Well, and get ready for this, in Seize the Night he becomes…even more of a mystery. I mean, if he was kenyom trying to hurt her deeply, this would be the way to go, but Kenyon plays it off as him just not knowing any better. Moderate to hello there baby violence and sexual content.

For me Val is a strong character, his stoic demeanor on the past books was just his cold exterior because most people blame him to the sins of his ancestors and relatives.
The relationship was believable. BUT, in case you start feeling like Valerius deserves better than this, we have this scene, where Valerius and Tabitha are getting into a pretty intense make-out session.

View all 7 comments. She’s sassy, sexy, and completely unwilling to take him seriously. Sherdilyn is hilarious, Val was as sexy as hell! Jun 07, Not Now Anyway, it was a good read. Although this book had less technical flaws than the others, I didn’t necessarily enjoy it more. Also, you were enjoying it – A LOT!
