I loved the combination of raw sauerkraut and capers! There are no discussion topics on this book yet. The recipes are still easy, with only a blender needed, and some time washing and chopping produce. Nothing I can’t live with and they normally go away in a couple of days. Surely I can do anything for anl days, plus think how rested my digestive system will be after all this rest.

As a follow-up I am going to be reading Ani’s other cookbook for phyoo food preparation and some recipe books for green smoothies and superfood smoothies.

If I didn’t want to lose weight I would buy this book. It’s mostly well-researched, but there’s some gross simplifications that are misleading, unscientific. She talks about ways to include animal products back into your diet if you cat using this just for a detox.
