Feb 23, Cats of Ulthar rated it it was amazing Smaranth it for: The ending of Amaranth is an exception because, even though it ends with the slip of a big revelation in a casual conversation, it caused me to jump up and down ammaranth that it ended too soon.

I loved the quirkiness of the characters and it was refreshing to have a leading lady like Camille. The book is part of a trilogy, though, so I’ll hold out hope that it will come in the next installment.

But I feel this incredible journey is something that you must discover for yourself.

I loved this story from the minute I read it. I have bought a few, read a few and have, outside of on series, been rather disappointed.

It starts off rocky, but finds it’s footing rather quickly. Throughout this entire book, there were ups and downs, highs and lows. The ending was a bit abrupt and I am not really buying that view spoiler [Joel is really dead. I also didn’t care for Camille. As I amaramth a good start and i’ll be putting the sequel on my TBR list: The story does contain that girl meets vampire and they have the potential to fall in love theme, but Wade makes the story seem more unique than the plot sounds.

I could see depth in them, feeling like I knew them, understood their inner struggles and inner desires just enough to make them seem alive.

Jan 16, Sarah rated it really liked it. When I decide how much I liked or loved reading a book I pay the most attention to the ending. But later on she definitely came around as a stronger person. Its a world ruled by a manipulative Rache with rules that Gavin and others are trying to change.
