I read the previous two books in the series and this is, so far, the best of the three for me, though I am disappointed that it was short. I just read this story this morning. No trivia or quizzes yet. If not especially when the odds are against us.
It was kind of interesting that James was physically handicapped by his chronic pain even if once he figures out he’s a shifter he’s cured. Lou is the Sherriff and he has been interested in James for a while now. It is pride that makes a man hold his head high in a world that is determined to beat him to the ground and keep him there.
After years of misunderstanding peideless fathers view towards shifters all is resolved in one conversation. There are no discussion topics on this book yet.
