I could go on and on naming all the stupid thing this author has presented here but the worst thing is her unconvincing persuasion and wanting to label raw food as the healthiest thing in the whole white world! Boutenko touches on the human relationship with nature, the value of supporting others, and the importance of living in harmony with people who don’t share the same point of view on eating.
My favorite quote is on page”If a single blade of grass has the power to grow through the ground, one can only imagine the potential power of human energy applied with passion.
